Returns

If you’re unhappy with the products you received from Heidi Klum Intimates, simply return them within the below timeframe and we’ll happily provide a refund where applicable. Your products must be in the condition you received them:

  • Unworn
  • Unsoiled
  • Intact, with tags attached
  • Preferably inside the original carton which it was sent to you to ensure the product is protected during transit.
  • Unfortunately we will be unable to accept the return if the product is damaged.

  • Attend your local Post Office and send the package back to us. *Please note, AU and NZ orders contain a pre paid returns label. For everywhere else you will need to pay for return postage to the relevant address provided. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest registered post as unfortunately we are not liable for lost return parcels.
  • Once received, we will inspect and process the products. Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your product and action your return request.
